30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Electronics & Gadgets
For electronics, please ensure the product is returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. Items showing signs of physical damage or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at gizmokaart28@GMAIL.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Opened software or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.
